Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy

At On-the-Go Pickleball Shop LLC, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their rental or purchase. Below is our complete policy outlining your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and warranty support.
General Return Policy
We accept returns on new, unused, non-rental items within 14 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, email confirmation, or order number).
- Items marked as final sale, customized, or clearance are not eligible for return.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

Paddle Warranty & Defects
If a purchased paddle is defective or breaks due to a manufacturer defect, the warranty must be handled directly through the paddle brand’s official warranty process. We can assist by:
- Providing proof of purchase
- Verifying purchase dates
Please Note:
Most manufacturers will not accept warranty claims if the paddle shows any of the following:
- Normal wear and tear – including cosmetic scuffs, scratches, fading, chipped paint, worn grips, or edge guard wear due to gameplay.
- Abuse or negligence – including exposure to high heat (car, sun), water damage, or hitting non-pickleball objects.
- Tampering or modification – including paddles marked with permanent ink or stickers, altered surfaces, or custom handles.
All warranty approval decisions are made by the paddle manufacturer, not On-the-Go Pickleball Shop LLC.
Don't Love Your Paddle? Try Before You Buy
We understand that choosing the right paddle is a personal decision, but we also believe in making that choice with confidence. That’s why we offer a paddle rental program, so you can try different models before committing to a purchase.
Here’s how it works:
- Rent a paddle from our shop or during a local delivery (Check out our rental paddle program).
- If you decide to purchase a paddle after your trial, your rental fee will be deducted from the final purchase price (within 7 days of the rental).
This policy is designed to reduce unnecessary returns and ensure you find a paddle that fits your game.
Because of this:
- Returns will not be accepted.
If you're unsure about a paddle, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of our rental program first.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Used or visibly worn products.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
- Any paddle returned outside of warranty or damaged by misuse.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted for defective or incorrectly shipped products, excluding paddles (see Paddle Warranty & Defects). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.
