These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including rentals, sales, deliveries, and in-store purchases (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services or visiting our website at www.onthegopickleballshop.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms.


If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases, rent equipment, or use our Services. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent and supervision.

Services Overview

We offer:


  • Sales of pickleball products, including paddles, balls, grips, eyewear, and bags
  • Rental of equipment, including paddles and training tools
  • In-store pickup or local delivery of purchased or rented items
  • Access to our website for browsing and informational purposes



All Services are subject to availability and our discretion.

Account & User Information

You may be required to provide personal information for purchases, rentals, or communication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via approved methods, including debit/credit cards and third-party processors.



You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your transaction, including taxes, fees, deposits (if applicable), and late/damage penalties for rentals.

Equipment Rental Policy & Cancellations

By renting from us, you agree to the following:


  • Return all equipment by the agreed-upon time in good condition
  • Pay applicable late fees, loss of deposit, cleaning fees, or replacement charges if equipment is returned late, damaged, or missing
  • Use rented items responsibly and for their intended purpose
  • Accept full liability for damage, theft, or loss during your rental period


Cancellations of rentals:


  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
  • No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours may be charged a late/cancellation fee
  • Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds


Delivery and Pick-Up terms apply to all rentals.



Delivery & Pick-Up

You may select one of the following fulfillment options at checkout:



  • Store Pickup: Available Sundays and Mondays only, during posted business hours. These are the only days our physical shop is open for public access.
  • Local Delivery: Available Tuesdays through Saturdays, while the shop is closed to walk-in customers. Deliveries will be scheduled within a confirmed time window, based on your location and availability.


If you are not present during the confirmed delivery window, a re-delivery fee may apply. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to traffic or other variables beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

All sales and rentals are subject to our Refunds and Warranty Policy, which outlines the conditions, procedures, and eligibility for product returns, equipment issues, and warranty claims.

Disclaimers & Assumption of Risk

Use of our products and services is at your own risk. By using rented or purchased equipment, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of pickleball or related activities.



We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal activity. Always consult your physician before engaging in physical activity.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and custom images—is the property of On-the-Go Pickleball Shop LLC or is used with permission and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services rendered in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
